Cliff Bole (November 9, 1937 – February 15, 2014) was a prominent American television director known especially for his extensive work on the Star Trek franchise. He directed 25 episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, 7 episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and 10 episodes of Star Trek: Voyager. Bole grew up in the San Fernando Valley, starting as a "set rat" by sneaking onto studio backlots, later becoming a script clerk and production assistant before moving into directing. His career also included directing episodes for series like The Six Million Dollar Man, Charlie's Angels, V, Baywatch, The X-Files, and more.
