Dick Bewarp is the man who moved to Jämtland and built a huge cowboy hut all alone. But now he wants to do something together with the other villagers and they decide to build the cowboy boat, a giant raft with paddle wheels that will attract tourists with dancing and pirate trips around Lake Mårdsjön. For a year, we follow Dick and the villagers as they turn a "crazy" idea into a finished raft.

Summary
Dick suggests building a huge cowboy raft for the people of Mårdsjö. He has big plans for a new bright future for the village. The municipality is applying for EU funding and the first steps are being taken to build the raft. Dick Bewarp is the man who moved to Jämtland and built a huge cowboy hut all by himself. But now he wants to do something together with the other villagers.
