Summary
A dead woman is found on the side of the road. No one knows her name or where she comes from. Investigator Ingo Thiel and his colleague, forensic scientist Martha, examine the crime scene and the disfigured body, which shows clear signs of violence. The woman's identity remains a mystery at first, but facial reconstruction and international cooperation soon lead the investigators to Italy, where the network of clues becomes increasingly dense.
