Premise
In 2050 AD, the United Earth Government has been established for ten years. When the coalition government was established, it was announced that the military responsible for law and order and security would be disbanded, the use of nuclear weapons was completely banned, and world peace was advocated. But unexpectedly, this led to the rapid rise of some gangs based on huge funds. Jang Bogo is the boss of a private secret service in the ancient Korean kingdom Silla, and the captain of the latest submarine, the dragon. He keeps a sincere heart, is active in the sea, protects kind-hearted citizens from the threat of gangsters, and lends a helping hand to those who are in trouble. In the process of completing the task, Jang Bogo found that different organizations were tracking the clues of the "Golden Ship". According to legend, whoever gets this ship can dominate the world, and the coalition government and gangsters want to get this.
