And at the impound lot Maria has a 5-hour face-off with a man trying to get his Mercedes back.

Danielle, who has a reputation for attracting trouble while ticketing, gets into a shouting match during her "rush hour sting." At the impound lot, Rob has a run-in with an angry lady over the paperwork required to get her car back, and Booters Maureen and Jennifer stumble across an unexpected fan.

Booters Sherry and Steve deal with threats from an agitated man who wants the boot off now. Fatima looks for a new honey on her ticketing beat, but attracts more bees than boys. At the impound lot, Abdul faces a woman who needs her car so her soldier brother-in-law can be back to base in time for deployment to Iraq.

At the lot, a woman who's lost the keys to her impounded car, loses her cool -- until Dad steps in. Family man Dave has to tow the car of an irate father of twins. Yolanda won't release a man's impounded car without his mother-in-law. And Tiffany uses her ticket "genie" to find parking violators.

Ticket writer Shawn's communication skills are put to the test with a man blocking a bus zone. A father and son get creative to overcome insurance issues keeping them from their impounded car.

Sparks fly as Mike stumbles onto a parking fiasco at a Philly gala event. Rodney and Michele catch red-handed a Detroiter in the act of removing a boot. And brotherly love is put to the test when two Jersey boys try to rescue their hoopdie from the Philly impound lot.

And in Philly, Sherry celebrates her birthday booting with Garfield, but faces a woman who won't stop crying.

In Detroit, Rodney comes to the rescue when a man with a gun confronts Sonja about his booted car. At the impound lot in Philly, a young man, desperate to retrieve his Cadillac "love boat" enlists the help of his outraged mother, and hottie ticket-writer Gina gets a lot of attention on South Street, but has to dish out some tough love.

Ponytail runs into furious Detroit citizens as he tries to catch early bird violators on his morning beat. Bonnie is confronted by argumentative repeat offenders on her Providence ticket beat. Springtime in Detroit brings trouble when Rodney and Sonjia boot at a graduation ceremony.

Booting on a Saturday brings Michele and Courtney face to face with an angry Detroit restaurant owner. In Providence, Charles is called every name in the book except his real one as he tries to keep the bus lane clear. When she has to work a ticket beat, Detroit booter Sonjia gets more abuse than she's used to.

In Detroit, Rodney and Sonjia boot a man who insists he's already paid all his tickets. "Johnny Tickets" meets angry opposition as he lives up to his nickname in Providence. Sonja is confronted by an angry mob at a Detroit bar while ticketing.
